At Curative Therapy Services, we always provide the highest level of care you deserve. We believe direct, one-on-one, individualized therapy is essential for achieving optimal results and we offer this service model to each one of our patients. We never treat more than one patient at a time and your therapist will focus on you and your needs alone during your scheduled time.

Shelly Skovgaard, PT, CMTPT, is a board-certified physical therapist specializing in outpatient care for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions in patients ranging from teenagers to older adults. Certified in myofascial trigger point dry needling and myofascial cupping, Shelly also has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation. She takes a compassionate approach to patient care, using manual techniques, including dry needling, to reduce pain and improve function. She emphasizes patient education as a cornerstone of successful rehabilitation, empowering individuals to manage their conditions for lifelong health.
Shelly earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in church activities, spending time with family and friends, and gardening.
Dr. Sara Deutsch PT, DPT, CMTPT, is a board-certified physical therapist and is certified through Myopain Seminars in myofascial trigger point dry needling. Sara grew up in South Dakota where she completed her bachelor's degree in biology from Augustana College. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Creighton University.
Sara provides outpatient physical therapy to adolescent through geriatric patients for a wide variety of orthopedic, chronic pain, neurological and post-surgical conditions. She likes to curate each rehab process to the individual's needs to help them meet their personal goals. Her focus is not only reactive treatment approaches but also proactive to prevent future issues.
She has been practicing in the Milwaukee area for over 20 years and is eager to assist you in your healing journey to get you back to doing whatever you are passionate about.
Outside of the clinic, Sara loves spending time with her family and watching soccer. She's also known to binge watch The Great British Bake Off while doing a puzzle.
Jill Marchan, OTR, CHT, CLT, CMTPT, is a board-certified occupational therapist with extensive expertise in hand therapy, lymphedema management, and myofascial trigger point dry needling. She works with adolescent through geriatric patients in outpatient occupational therapy, addressing a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Jill specializes in sports rehabilitation, breast cancer recovery, hand therapy, and the treatment of lymphedema, adopting a collaborative approach to help patients achieve their personal health and wellness goals.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, Jill brings passion and dedication to her work. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active through basketball and biking, as well as pursuing creative hobbies like quilting.
Cathy Selzer, OTR, CHT, CMTPT, is a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified occupational therapist with a specialty in hand rehabilitation. As a certified hand therapist through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC) and a provider of myofascial trigger point dry needling certified by Myopain, Cathy brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She works with adolescent to geriatric patients in outpatient occupational therapy, focusing on custom-fabricated orthoses, post-surgical diagnoses, and conditions of the hand and upper extremity.
Cathy takes a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy, emphasizing exercise and wellness throughout the rehabilitation process. She provides activity analysis and makes tailored modifications to help patients achieve their goals and maintain active lifestyles. A graduate of Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI, with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, Cathy also nurtures a passion for gardening, outdoor activities, and travel, which reflects her vibrant and balanced outlook on life.
Curative Therapy Services welcomes referrals from physicians, other healthcare professionals, and outside agencies. We also accept direct referrals and can work with your insurance to determine your options.
We work with your insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or HMO to help you access the best possible coverage for your services. Private pay and wellness/fitness options are also available.
Curative Therapy Services offers a convenient location that has accessible parking. You will always be greeted with a smile, by someone who knows your name.
We offer early morning and evening hours for the convenience of our patients. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
