Curative Care Network, Inc. intends to apply for Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program funding for the Milwaukee Urbanized Area.
The requested funding would support the purchase of one medium accessible bus with a side-load lift and two wheelchair positions. The vehicle would be dedicated to Curative’s Fond du Lac Avenue Adult Day Services location at 2607 W. Fond du Lac Avenue in Milwaukee.
The vehicle would provide accessible, staff-supported transportation for adults with disabilities participating in community activities throughout the Milwaukee area.
