Curative New Berlin Therapies (CNBT) 

Clinic Now Open:

Our clinic is open and accepting new clients while observing all of the recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other governmental agencies.

We have recently completed construction of our new Kohl’s Cares Pediatric Therapy Gym at Curative New Berlin Therapies. While an in-person event is not possible at this time, we have created a video tour of this special new space.

This virtual unveiling features a short, five-minute video that highlights the new equipment and innovative therapeutic structures through real client demonstrations with our expert therapists.

Adult Day Services - All Locations Are Now Back Open

All four of our Adult Day Services locations have now reopened, including 92nd Street, Fond du Lac Avenue, Forest Home Avenue and Menomonee Falls.

We are committed to the continuous safety of our clients, families, staff and community partners, and we have established new safety protocols based on recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and various governmental agencies.

All clients will be required to wear a mask or other face covering while in our Adult Day programs during COVID .

Temperature checks are taken for clients and staff twice daily.

Only one caregiver will be allowed into the building with the client, and the caregiver must wear a mask or face covering. 

All staff will wear masks and use gloves, face shields and gowns as appropriate.

We have always used hospital-grade cleaning agents, but we have increased these sanitation and cleaning practices. Each program space plus any activity supplies and equipment used will be cleaned by our staff multiple times each day. Our external cleaning company will continue with routine cleanings nightly.

Hand sanitizer will be used frequently by clients and staff throughout the day. Additionally, new hand sanitizer pumps have been installed throughout each program area.

Social distancing measures will be followed whenever possible. Program rooms have been reconfigured to help with appropriate spacing recommendations.

Remember to keep your client home if he/she is not feeling well. If you or a loved one is diagnosed with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), please inform us immediately so we can take measures to protect our clients and employees. 

Birth to Three Services:

In-home therapy visits have been discontinued until further notice, but our Birth to Three staff are still available to help coordinate services with our families by phone and email during this time. We have also started telehealth therapy sessions, as appropriate.

Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS):

While home visits have been suspended until further notice, our Service Coordinators are still available to help families by phone and email during this time.

Senior Center - Permanently Closed:

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a considerable strain on our programs and organizational resources. After careful thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to not reopen our Senior Center. The permanent closing of the center in no way reflects the quality of care that our talented and dedicated staff has provided over the years. Our older adult clients, many of whom have significant health considerations, are part of the most vulnerable population for contracting COVID-19. The current health crisis coupled with a building layout that does not allow us to follow the recommended social distancing guidelines has made reopening the Senior Center impossible. We are grateful to the Senior Center employees and the families served by the program for so many years.

Our team will continue to follow guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other governmental agencies, and we appreciate your understanding during this uncertain time.
